1 Model your desired team
For every asset you need - pin down the skills and technologies the asset needs to master, seniority level and any other requirement you may have. All the key options are selectable, so you don’t need to waste time typing and explaining.
2 Submit a request for proposals
Once you have your dream team model ready, you can submit your request. It will then become visible to the Tendelin Network - a pool of certified and quality-assured consultancy companies operating under unified terms. If you wish to receive proposals from vendors outside of the Tendelin Network (for example, if you already have your own shortlist of suppliers you trust), you can easily share your request with them too.
3 Proposal screening
Vendors who have the assets you need available when you need them will submit their proposals for you to assess. Tendelin will review the proposals before they reach you to ensure that you never have to waste time reviewing proposals that don’t properly match your request or those that lack sufficient information.
4 Compare proposals easily
All proposals are priced in a consistent and transparent manner, in Swedish kronor. You can see and compare by both the average hourly and monthly rate, as well as by total cost, whichever is most relevant to your need.
We give each proposal an adherence score to give you an indication of how well it matches your request. Sometimes a 100% match is not necessarily the best option, but knowing the adherence level may help you navigate through your options.
Each proposal will include the detailed profiles of each asset on the team, allowing you to assess each asset individually.
Each vendor will have a score based on prior client reviews to help you in your assessment.
Finally, you can score each asset yourself, generating your own average proposal scores and allowing you to easily sort the proposals by your individual preference.
5 Select your favourites and initiate dialogue
Tendelin spares you the trouble of talking to vendors until you’ve made a proper assessment and picked your favourite options. Vendors cannot approach you until you invite them to. Once you do, you are free to request additional information from vendors or conduct interviews with individual assets or even give them test assignments - anything you need to make sure you are confident in your choice of vendor.
6 Pick your winner and get that team working!
Once you’ve assessed your finalists - pick your winner and the selected vendor will get the team ready for you, while Tendelin handles all the formalities. Regardless of where in the world your new team is, Tendelin lets you commission it through a standard Swedish agreement, completely coherent with the Swedish IT outsourcing market standards. You will always receive a regular Swedish invoice every month with regular Swedish payment terms.

And should you need to procure new assets again, the report may be a helpful reference and a reminder of how you did it last and what you should do differently next.

However, if you prefer having a coordinator closer to you, Tendelin and its partners can help you with that.
